Thursday 31st July
Mum and dad went down to water in the greenhouses, harvest and weed. Chopped off and composted mangetout plants.

Monday 28th July
Mum and dad went down in the morning, watered, harvested 3 varieties of dwarf french beans, (there were 3 pods of the yellow variety which tasted bitter and were tough), a whole row of peas, a few mangetout, toms, strawberries and radish.

Sunday 27th July
Me, mum and dad went in the morning, harvested last of first early potatoes, shallots and redcurrants.

Saturday 26th July
Very hot day today so I just went and harvested squashes and mangetout. I also watered in the greenhouses and opened up the doors.

Thursday 24th July
Mum and dad harvested salad leaf, radish, mangetout, squash and redcurrants. They weeded. Mum made blackcurrant jelly.

Wednesday 23rd July
Mum and dad harvested salad leaf, tomatoes, radish.

Tuesday 22nd July
Mum and dad harvested blackcurrants and redcurrants. Mum made redcurrant jelly.

Monday 21st July
Mum and dad harvested redcurrants, squash.

Saturday 19th July
Me, mum and dad went down weeded and harvested.

Tuesday 15th July
Mum and dad harvested and weeded.

Sunday 13th July
After a wet week I finally made it to the allotment. Me, mum and dad went down in the morning and stayed until late afternoon. We all weeded, tidied around and harvested plenty. We got two more big boxes of strawberries, a ice cream tub of raspberries. A big bag of onions was brought home as well as courgettes and a big cabbage. Dad planted radish and winter cabbage in the seed bed.

Friday 4th July
I cycled down from the station and spent a couple of hours weeding. Mum and dad walked down and harvested raspberries and salad as well as weeding.
