Monday 30th January
Mum and dad weeded top plot. Lit weed fire.

Thursday 26th January
Mum and dad weeded top plot.

Saturday 21st January
Mum and dad weeded top plot.

Thursday 19th January
Mum and dad removed labels from all fruit trees.

Tuesday 17th January
Mum and dad weeded remainder of currant bush area and planted White Versailles Currant bush. It is the bush to the left of the shed adjacent to the rhubarb as you look from the road. Put rubbery tree ties on all the trees.

Monday 16th January
Mum and dad continued weeding for plum tree and planted Victoria plum tree. This is the third tree in from the road opposite the shed.

Mum and dad planted the two apple trees Discovery opposite the shed and Elstar opposite the greenhouse and started to weed for the plum tree. Harvested a cabbage.

Friday 13th January
Bought Elstar and Discovery apple trees and a Victoria Plum tree £10 each.

Thursday 12th January
Bought a White Currant (Versailles) Bush £4.

Wednesday 11th January
Mum and dad weeded on plot 25. Collected two bags of stones and rubbish. Found two knives!

Bought from Wilkinsons: Seed potatoes, 3 kg Pentland Javelin £2.79 and 3 kg Desiree £2.79; 0.5kg Sturon Onion sets 99p; Seeds packets (on Buy 1 get 1 free) Dwarf French Bean (Tendercrop) 99p, Pea (Kelvedon Wonder) 99p, Pea Mangetout (Oregon Sugar Pod) £1.29 and Sweetcorn (Miracle f1) £1.49. Total of £9.05.
